MIA PALMA

Clarinet Artist

Mia is an emerging clarinetist whose musical voice reflects both technical command and a deep sense of artistic purpose. She is currently completing her undergraduate studies at Liberty University’s School of Music, where she performs actively as a soloist and as a member of various chamber groups and ensembles under the mentorship of Dr. Cassandra Hibbard. Before joining Liberty University, she began her undergraduate work at Grand Valley State University, where she developed the foundations of her artistic identity and gained early recognition for her performances.

Her competition successes include top prizes in multiple concerto and aria competitions, reflecting her artistry, discipline, and expressive range. She has also participated in masterclasses with internationally recognized clarinetists, further enriching her musical perspective.

Mia is committed to using her musical gifts with intention and integrity, seeking to honor her faith through her work and to bring meaning, clarity, and beauty to her performances.
