The American Young Artists Association presents violinist and AYA Youth Artist Ria Kang in recital in New York. Join us for an evening with a young musician whose performances are distinguished by sensitivity, expressive subtlety, and a confident presence on stage.
A student of Catherine Cho in The Juilliard School’s Pre-College program, Ria has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Merkin Hall. She won first prize in Category I of the 2024 Arthur Grumiaux International Violin Competition and, in May 2026, was the youngest of four artists selected worldwide for the Concours musical international de Montréal’s Mini Violini concert.
