James C. Harris is a New York–based singer and actor acclaimed for his dynamic stage presence and seamless versatility across musical theatre and opera. Praised as “scene-stealing” (Broadway DNA) and “top-notch” (BroadwayWorld), he brings a compelling blend of vocal finesse, dramatic instinct, and contemporary storytelling to every performance.

His theatre credits include roles in Audrey: The New Musical at The Players Theatre, Secret of the Possible at the 14th Street Y Theatre, and Will Wilson Saves the World at Spark Theatre Festival NYC. He has also appeared at renowned cabaret venues such as 54 Below and The Green Room 42, showcasing his range as both a solo and ensemble performer.

Regionally, James has performed in productions including Sunday in the Park with George—directed by Eamon Foley and featuring Graham Phillips and Talia Suskauer—as well as Fiddler on the Roof at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center.
