JUHEE LIM

Pianist

Juhee Lim is a pianist recognized for her expressive artistry and refined musical depth. She has appeared as a soloist with major orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, Gyeonggi Philharmonic Orchestra, Asia Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Juilliard Orchestra. Her performances have taken her to leading venues and festivals across Asia, Europe, and the United States, highlighted by appearances at Carnegie Hall, the Stars of the White Nights Festival with the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra, the Rheingau Musik Festival, the Fukuyama International Music Festival, the PyeongChang Music Festival, and the Annecy Music Festival.

As a chamber musician, she has been featured at distinguished series such as the Juilliard Chamber Concerts, the Seoul Spring Festival, the Ishikawa Music Festival, and the Suntory Hall Chamber Music Garden. Her solo recital engagements include major halls in Seoul, Tokyo, New York, and Spain, as well as the Palermo Classica Festival and The House Concert series.

Lim is a prizewinner of several significant competitions, including the Juilliard Gina Bachauer Memorial Scholarship Competition, the Juilliard Beethoven Concerto Competition, and the Ishikawa Music Academy Competition, and she has been a finalist of the Clara Haskil Competition. She currently studies at The Juilliard School under the guidance of Robert McDonald, supported by multiple scholarships and fellowships.
